It's gone very quiet with news on his injury.

He needs to be eased back, not play full games. Pellegrini burnt him out until he got injured. I wouldn't have played him the full 90 against Swansea.

You'd normally expect someone injured or that long to come back for the last 10-20 minutes.

I doubt it. They had kept him back even though he'd been training with the squad for a few weeks. I just think they thought they'd got over his problems. They could have eased him back in that game somehow.

We have 3 CBs (Stones, Otamendi and Kolarov) so we could have started with two of them and brought Kompany on for the last 10-15 minutes when the game was won.
