Bradford Fire...no investigation

It's disgusting that no investigation will be carried out, when the evidence suggests there is enough.
If LFC family's were granted more than one investigation for the 96', what about the Bradford 56'?

It is a disgrace Didn't the owner have something like 4 other mysterious fires happening at some of his other so called business ventures
They need to get a load of whinging 'holier than thou' scousers on board to help their case

I can see how the owner should be investigated but there is no similarity to the behaviour of police officers at Hillsborough and the subsequent falsifying of officers notes etc. This was apparently a fire started by a dropped cigarette unless arson against the owner can be proved. There is no evidence or claims that police were implicated, unlike Hillsborough.

Because no investigation has ever exonerated the Police MCM, as there's been no case to call.
I agree with you, it's not on a parallel with Hillsborough from a Police point of view, but unless a full public enquiry is offered, how do we know?
And yes Leo, I posted some articles last year on here, about the owner and the The Guardian's investigation into his alleged 'suspicious fires' at other company's he owned.

Hey, hold your horses Bluey, I haven't even said anything yet!!
I agree a public enquiry should be held purely because it was a disaster involving the loss of life at an event, if nothing else. There's no way that stand should've gone up that quickly and there's clearly something in it that people were once again trapped by the cages that were allegedly there to "protect" them, despite there being safeguarding recommendations that seem to have been overlooked.
In some ways, I'm glad we're done with the 80s. Watching football back then was akin to being trapped in a cage. Horrible, horrible times.
