The good thing is he isn't afraid to take players on. If he fails, he just tries again. Sometime that makes the players try too much on their own (like when Diaz lost the ball in MF in added time trying to take 3 men on), but it's the only way they will learn.

Brandon Barker didn't have the same sort of licence to keep trying or he just didn't have the confidence.

This is a new sort of mentality from our younger players.
