Doesn't the FA rules say "if a player has been booked by the referee during the game, then no further action can be taken"???

So let me get this right: Mourinho can call the FA and the PL "shit" in his press conference, but Silva get's a yellow card during the game and we see one or two players moaning at the ref (which by the way, happens every single game without any recourse), and we get investigated and charged?
