I see Vinny has been called into the Belgian squad for the up coming WC qualifiers. I was hoping he would rest this summer & not tempt fate by playing during the close season. Better not get injured otherwise it could set him & City back for the start of the season. He has demonstrated how important he is to the make up of the City defence making Otamendi look every inch a decent central defender.

Could go the other way Oz....he's missed a lot of football and was probably, still not fully match fit by the end of the season, so it may keep him ticking over prior to the summer pre-season tours.

Sometimes, not playing after a long period out, can be as bad as playing. But either way, let's hope he comes back fit.
