Corinthians Bluff Called?
It all seems a little strange that Mancini comes out and says that we have accepted the bid - but Corinthians now say that no bid has been accepted.
Now - Mancini isn't one to talk about deals without the club's say so - so have Corinthians been bullshitting all along to increase the popularity of their Chairman?
2 days to go to get the deal done - medical, price negotiations, salaries, etc etc......me thinks that City, with their demand for the instalment payments, upfront fee etc are playing some serious hardball and put the shits up their Chairman - basically "show us the cash".
I wouldn't mind him staying, but definitely couldn't put up with the transfer if he moved to Europe...all the bollocks about wanting to be near to his kids.
The only solution will be:
a) Corinthians pay the instalments as we wish
b) A European club pay us £50m
c) He stays for another 6 or 12 months and moves his brood over to Europe (Spain).
City were not shitting when they said - "We are relaxed over the whole saga".
One thing is for sure - Tevez will still give 100% if he stays. City have said that the most potent striker in the best league in the world is worth £50m. If Sneijder is worth £40m and Torres is worth £50m, then that's a fair price for someone who still has 5 years left at the top of his game.
We want Aguero..............would you be happy if:
a) Tevez stays and we lose Aguero.
b) Tevez stays for another year and we sign Nasri.
c) Tevez goes, we sign Aguero as a replacement.
d) Tevez stays, we sign Nasri and Aguero.
e) Tevez goes to Real Madrid, we take Aguero and Nasri.

Re: Corinthians Bluff Called?
Seems that may be a possibility Topdawg, as Mancini is pushing through the Aguero deal regardless of Tevez's situation.
If we get Nasri, our team could look like this:
Hart
Richards
Kompany
Lescott
Clichy
DeJong
Silva
Yaya
Nasri
Aguero
Tevez
Hmmmmmmmmmm!!!

Things are moving along nicely,we have managed to get two players shipped out this week, hopefully the whinger(Adebayor) will go to ' arry and we will get Aguerro and Sneijder in,and Tevez out to Italy. The Tevez thing is a bit of a pain, but he only has until tomorrow night,or its all off again.
It's great being a City fan!!

credit to lescott, he wasn't half bad towards the end f the season.
i reckon savic is gonna push him close and will take his spot at somepoint.
