Jesus signs new contract
https://www.mcfcwatch.com/2017/12/20/gabriel-jesus-agrees-new-100000-a-week-contract-at-manchester-city-report/
After reports that a deal was close, Brazilian sensation Gabriel Jesus has agreed a new contract to extend his stay at Manchester City, according to reports by Goal and the Daily Mail
There are different claims on how much the 20-year-old will earn, with the Daily Mail saying he will earn a £100,000-a-week basic and Goal reporting a bigger £150,000-a-week.
Either way, Jesus has agreed to spend many more years at the Etihad Stadium, with an announcement expected in the next few weeks.
The striker follows David Silva in agreeing a new deal, with Kevin De Bruyne also set to put pen to paper, and both Leroy Sané and Raheem Sterling reportedly in line for new contracts.
Gabriel Jesus has been a sensation since his bargain £26million move since Palmeiras last year. Though he hasn’t scored in his last 8 appearances for Pep Guardiola’s side, his work rate and selflessness often plays a part in others finding the net.
