TEVEZ - WHAT A BAD MAN!
How should Mancini deal with this situation? I mean seriously.
a) shove the twat in the reserves til Jan?
b) pander to his fucking whining whims?
c) SUE THE CUNT! SEEN AS HE HAS REFUSED TO PLAY - IN PUBLIC/ON TV...SUE THAT TWAT OF AN AGENT FOR THE £48m he has cost us and get rid! If I refused to go to work as I had seen my arse, my employers would have the grounds to sack me - WHY NOT SOME SPOILT, NO-NECKED FUCKER WHO IS ON £250K PER WEEK?
Mark Hughes on Sky looked smarmy as fuck when asked what he is like by Jeff Stelling and he said - "well you signed him".
If I ever see him play for City again, Mancini has lost any faith I have in him - and it isn't great right now after his substitutions tonight!
If Man City and Mancini do not deal with this properly, then Tevez's tumour will spread amongst the team and ruin any chance of a successful season.

He should be sued, he has refused to fulfil his contract, that way we lose him for nothing, we won't get a fee, but we can take that, but we would not need to pay his wages any more and joorabchian would get nothing which i think would upset him and turn him against tevez, so he doesn't have the leech to help him any more

Probably didn't want to cup tie himself and in his mind helps force a move in Jan.
Personally I believe letting him rot in the reserves for the next 3 years should do it. We have the funds to make this point and I think the rest of football would welcome it.
Lots of callers on talksh!te about City being able to take a stand. While I want to make sure we act in our best interests, I think we can do both.
If he sees his own @rse about that then we could offer him on loan to some godforsaken place down the leagues where he will be playing in front of literally 'shed' loads of people. Or a gulag town in Russia where they only have one restaurant and one dish on the menu - cabbage soup.
Aiding UEFA with investigations into bringing the game into disrepute might also be a way to seek some payback - after all, they would come down pretty damn heavily on any team that refused to turn out for a fixture.
Sorry C***os, but if it's a power play you want, prepare to feel the force...

We should definitely come down on him hard, no mercy. Get the lawyers and sue him for every penny. He has because money seems to matter to him only, no honor, pride, honesty,... nothing. The guy is a disgrace.

He has broken his contract and we should be building our legal case now, but this could drag on and effect the club.

I think everything he tries to pull these days gets revealed for what it really is.
In recent times our silence on the Tevez matter(s) has actually drawn out the real poison - Joorabchin as he desperately seeks something to be able to gripe about and apear the victim.
Let's just do stuff (every legal thing we can), be righteously aloof about it and only let people find out from his moaning - which by now everyone will just laugh at and say 'on your own head'.
Or alternatively make a big show of it, force him to turn up to a show trial while Bobby solemnly passes sentence on him wearing a black robe and skullcap, yeah!

He reckons his position was misunderstood. What FUCKING position. You're told to go on the pitch by the Manager, you fucking well go on the pitch ! Little turd !
Fine him 6 months wages,10 games in the reserves & he needs to make a very public apology for his shameful attitude

In which case he should've called in sick and stayed at the hotel.
Surely this qualifies as breach of contract and as such he should be punished for it. And I've been working it out: He's on about a million quid a month and he's got, what, 34 months of his contract left. I think all we need to do is fine him a couple of mill for breach of contract and then burn it. Let him go where he likes and we'll recoup the fee from not paying him. And then he can fuck off on a Barton.
As a thought, isn't he cup-tied purely by being on the subs bench, or does it not work like that? Isn't that the reason Nasri wasn't taken to the qualifier with Arsenal?

It makes it worse that Hughes is the spitting image of a bloke I used to work for and he was a smarmy fucker as well.
