Europa league?

Do we take it seriously and have a real go at winning it or do we field the second string players to just concentrate on winning the premier league?
If we lost any of our main players through injury in the Europa league which ultimately resulted in us being pipped to the title by utd,even if we went on to win the Europa league,I think we would end up massively dissapointed if we think it could well have been avoided.
To that aim I would like to see Pants,Kolorov and Savic in the starting line up on Thursday at Porto

I presume after yesterday RM was saving Pants, Savis, Clichy, Richards, Nasri, Dzeko and that new Italian guy for the EL. Therefore, i'd say he's having a fair crack at it.

So long as silva,Kompany,hart,yaya and Aguero aren't featuring in it that should be ok.Id play the barmpot as well now he's served his latest ban,must keep him in the shop window eh?

the thing is PPLF, you can easily get injured in training, slipping on the soap in the shower etc.

i think we should have a decent show at porto - at least try and get a 0-0 out of it. we have the weekend off the recover and then go for it in the return leg.

we are in a difficult spot really. we need the money a run in the europa could bring in (£5M?) because we didn't get the extra cash from the CL for qualifying from the group stages, yet we want to win the league.

Can't see Aguero featuring tbh so Dzeko will be the obvious starter, i can't see him playing 2 up top, so numb nuts will probably be on the bench. Yaya and Hart will hopefully be reated but i'd actually start with Kompany and Savic at CB, giving Lescott a rest (never thiought i'd ever say that). After yesterday, i think he'll go with:

Agree with Den, Vince needs another game to get match fitness back
I wouldn't play Kolarov in the under 12s but I think Bobby will play him against
Porto unless Hargreaves is fit enough
