2 draws will be enough,I'm sure we can get those from the 3 games left.We've not lost more than 2 in a row all season and with monkey face out the 2 main threats of modric and Lennon should be easy enough to overcome.Modric should have yaya and de Jong all over him like a rash and the pace of kolorov can go toe to toe with Lennon so long as someone has tied his legs together and made him run in flip flops otherwise plan B(an alien thing to shankley Mancini I know)should be used.Put zabaleta at left back with either Johnson or sweep on the left wing to help double up on him to stop the supply to crouch and most of spuds outlets are dealt with.
More of a worry is defending balls pumped into the box on Saturday as we've shown all season we can't cope.Lescott gets caught out positionally,Kolorov is too slow to respond to a runner and they always get in front of him and this zonal system just doesn't work and not leaving anyone up front for corners just invites all the big lads from the back to fill the box and it will always come back in when it's cleared with no one to hold it up.Either Mancini is the most stubborn man on earth or he's getting no help/advice from Platt & Kidd to sort it out as this has been a big problem for months

VDVs runs from deep have to be tracked as much as anyone imo. Lemon is a major threat down our left and i agree Kolarov (if he's there) needs cover from midfield, tbh Zab would too. As well as AJ, i'd shove Barry over to help out too.

Can't see Milner at RB myself (Kolarov LB and Zab RB), but the rest looks about right.

Still think City'll have too much for the Spuds, 4th should hopefully be wrapped up tonight.

Well there is and he tried it by putting Vieira on and trying to put experience on there. I would'nt want Kenny tbh, he is inspiring the dippers because of his legendary status and the only way was up after woy got the boot. PPLF - 2 draws is not enough. We need 3 pts from the last 3 matches to secure 4th spot. Liverpool are now on 58 with 2 games left. If they win those it gives em 64. They upped their GD with that huge win last night . We deffo need 3 pts.

I don't think Liverpool are quite out of the race for 4th just yet. They'll be buzzing after last night and would seem to have winable games v Spurs given how far they've dipped in form and Villa who have nothing to play for.

We need to get this done and we need to get it done tonight imo. Defeat tonight is 2 back to back and increases the pressure on Saturday against an in form Stoke side.

If we do win on Saturday Stoke will be out for revenge in the league game and Bolton won't just roll over and die for us on the final day of the season either.
