For work reason, I've contacted a few footy clubs over the last few weeks and have been surprised at how many clubs are charging just to phone them and how long they keep you on the line before you can move along with the automated info system.

Everton charge 10p per minute and you have to listen to about 90 seconds of stuff you aren't interested in before they move along.

Liverpool charge 5p per minute and you have to wait nearly a minute before they give you the choices or tell you the lines are too busy.

Bolton charge 5p per minute.

Good old City, and it's nowt.
