I've only just seen this from a few days ago, but nothing's been said about it on here.....do we think there's any truth in it?

If there is, i'd be asking for £80m+

I had a bit of a discussion last weekend with a friend of a friend on FB - who says he's a season ticket holder.

Basically, he claimed that he had it on good authority (his words were from the horses mouth) that Aguero had already agreed personal terms.

I basically laughed at it....and and asked if the horses mouth was Aguero or his brother-in-laws, best mates, window cleaners sister who works part time at the City store?

He came back with: look, I can't say exactly who, but did any of you know his dad is his agent? Or that he wanted another £1m when he signed his last contract but City refused? Look, I've been a season ticket holder for 25 years and I'm a massive blue...I've already had a bet he'll be at Real this summer.


I said why would none of the reporters like Ian Ladyman and Stuart Brennan know any of this? And he just said "trust me".

I posted about 7 stories from the past 2 years - all of them saying Aguero was going to Madrid....but, I also said that if any player wants to leave - as long as we get what the player is worth, then so be it.

I saw one article the other day quoting 90m euros.

I thought his agent was Eleven GT from Argentina.

Oh, fuck off!  Just because he's been an ST holder for quarter of a century doesn't somehow fast-track him into inside knowledge.  Anyone can talk shit on the internet.  You need all the salt you can mine from under Nantwich for that.

Can't see it happening, but if it does, it has to be right for MCFC....not Sergio and definitely not Real.

I think every year that Sergio is with us - he'll be linked with Real and Barca. That's just life - and shows just how good he is.

Will he stay at City for the next 5 years? Can't see it - but I'd like another 2 years out of him as he can only get better, but if he goes, he'll go for a world record fee, as he's better than Bale.

However, IF, and it's a big IF....we were to sign some world class players this summer and go on to win the CL, then why would he want to go?

The frustrating this is though, with the 2 clowns in charge of our transfer dealings, would it really surprise you if Serge went for the quoted £63m?
