Why has Joe gone and Willy still here?
Bravo has said that he left Barca because he was going to be benched for the league. He didn't want that and it could have signalled then end of his Barca career at 33yo.
If Hart was still at City, then Pep would be handling questions at every press conference regarding Joe. Joe's shadow would follow Bravo everywhere.
Pep wanted Bravo as his number one. It was far easier to have Willy as number 2 as he would never challenge Bravo for number 1. Maybe Pep told Bravo that he'd be number 1 and Bravo wanted Hart shifted on for his own security as Willy would be no competition.
Whatever the reason, Pep has dropped a bollock keeping Willy.

Guess we have to just accept it...I was very focal about it, but he's gone, so no point in covering old ground....maybe in Gunn he see's a possible number 2?
Who knows.

I just want Willy moved on now. He's not good enough to challenge Bravo and a keeper needs constant competition to keep him grounded and performing to the highest level.
Willy can't pass under even the slightest of pressure. That was very obvious. We got out of jail with him last night.
But, I expect Willy to be on the bench at the weekend.
