Stuck on another island!!

Went to catch my flight this afternoon from Santa Maria Island to San Miguel, then another flight to Lisbon. The aircraft went tech, so was delayed for 3 hours meaning I missed my connecting flight. Now staying in San Miguel for the night, catching a 06:15 flight to Lisbon...problem is, I'll have 45 mins to land, get my bags, transfer terminals and check in!! No bloody chance!!
