When do you think we will increase the capacity, if ever?
With the club not needing the money to balance the books, it may not be worth increasing the capacity to 60k from a purely financial aspect. It may well be that we'd have to sell more 'cheap' season tickets to fill it which would only bag us about £2M a year.

the cheap season tickets keep everything balanced.
and match day revenue is about lots more than just ticket sales, if everyone going buys a pie and a pint, a programme etc..
and larger capacity gives options to hold european finals etc.
