Toothache......

anyone ever wanted to kill someone or had fantasies of the ways you could pull it out?

Went to bed at 22:00 last night....not slept one minute since then. Tried everything from 'white spirit' to gargle, Orajel, Sensodyne Rapid Relief to numb the fucking thing....but all I get is 10-15 mins of relief.

My dentist moved from my village about 6 months ago, and be being an idiot, I forgot to register with another dentist. Now called at least 15 dentists in the area, all want Private fees to 'assess' the tooth and prescribe antibiotics..for a minimum of £125.00 as a private patient. Fuck that, got loads of antibiotics lying around.....loads of Orajel, loads of GIN/Vodka........and a nice soft-headed hammer if it keeps me awake tonight!!

Go to the emergency service which should only cost £20 to assess and they may do a little work like temporary fillings etc. I actually went to a new dentist in London last week three times because I had a terrible time with my teeth recently. Got very lucky as he was recommended by an anal friend who actually interviewed him before signing on. He hasn't screwed me too much and it was free to join. Keep ringing around

or round here i did emergency dentist a few times for emergency extractions, they literally send you to any surgery in the area they can find an oppointment..

Had plenty of Gin miniatures and Whiskey ones...only kills it for 10-15 mins. Obviously just to swig and spit out, not drink!!

Tried emergency walk-ins this afternoon...full til 17:00 then were closed!!!

When I've done the emergency appointments with the walk in centre, I get an actual appointment.

When you go to foreign climes, maybe have a look there too.

Yeah, they'll look at your tooth, but won't provide treatment there and then, just pain relief.

Actually had a great nights sleep...I seem to have it under some control at the moment, but need it sorting before I go away on holiday.

I'd stop spitting the whisky out, will sleep much better that way....  :p

Get it seen to BB - you don't want to end up with an abscess
