Alex was a let down there. That Scouse fella was way too strong an opponent. Even I know we've won 2 LC since we've been taken over making 5 trophies. What have Liverpool won in the last 10 years?

Etihad will be remembered for more than just the CG. What about Aguero's goal which everyone on Scouseland cheered in 2012?

Don't let him say we've won nothing and got no history. 1894 and all that. We've won two league titles before the PL days. Don't let him get away with saying we've only won two league titles. Tell him, in that case Liverpool have won a big fat zero if he's only counting premier leagues.

I'd have lost too as I can't think fast enough to cope with a speed talking scouser or a scouser on speed.

until the 60s, they'd won 5 league titles and no FA cups. We'd won 1 league title and 3 FA cups. Not a massive haul of trophies for either club. 

Liverpool basically made their 'history' from 1972 to about 2006 (and I'm only going that far because of the CL win in 2005). 

That's when they won a massive amount  of trophies. Before that, they were just a tiny club.
