Apparently the clubs get together (via video link I guess) to talk amongst themselves. Some clubs mentioned they were thinking of furloughing. But Liverpool made the announcement themselves as that was the decision they had already made. They didn't make the decision to furlough simply because another club was spilling the beans.

Not a chance this has anything to do with City. They'll never stoop as low as Liverpool, as they make their own decisions...without the need to be a sheep.
