We'll be moving back to France this weekend folks. Initially for a few months and then we'll see from then. 

At least I can support a team that can get to the semi finals of the CL and might actually win the thing...ShockedRazz:P:P

We have put our French house on the market, in readiness to retire to France permanently next year to a bigger place with more land.
Hopefully I will be far enough away from the media's scouse love-in then.

We've almost finished selling our apartment which is a bit if a bummer as we're gonna have to rent for a few months.

I'm not too fussed about rushing the sale, as if it goes beyond the final Brexit date it may help me to gain residency next year.

I'd love to move to the country, have some land, grow some fruit, make some cheese and yoghurt etc. but my missus likes the bright lights of the city.

In my view Parisians aren’t French, therefore PSG aren’t French, they are from a whole despicable cheating place of their own. Never thought I’d like to see UEFA darlings Bayern win a game, but if it stops that cheating b’stard Neymar getting any glory, then so be it.

Oh yes, the French really respond well when you do that! My first line (in poor French) is always ‘I’m sorry, but I’m English’, and straight away they are happy to converse.

I always ask of they can speak a little English. Most are reluctant to even try so I'm capable enough to switch tp French and bluster my way through.
