one rule for some...

let's get this right, the woman gets sent down for handling stolen goods from the riots (trying on a pair of shorts) and the co-op executive deliberately changed the name on his wife's blue badge, replaced her picture with his own and displayed it so that he got free parking walks away from court with a fine (albeit a hefty one).
hardly seems fair to me
