Adebayor to spurs

He's said he never wants to return to City, so as long as we're not being dictated too again, let him go. Realistically we're not going to get much more than £10m anyway (even if he is worth it), so let's just get shut and move on.

Bridge having a medical right now at Sunderland - £4m...i thought we'd get £2m, so the £8m from Spurs for Ade offsets the £2m + we got for Bridge.

Another loan? About right. Bridge is about to do his 4 months work this year for his £4.6m a year wage. Makes me fooking sick.

I know we had to pay top dollar quickly to get players in but I hope we don't repeat it in future.

Yeah, just read that on BBC and Sky - sorry, thought it said £4m deal on Talkshite.

Oh well....another £95kpw off the wage bill. It is fucking frightening when you start adding up how much money will be saved per week by getting rid of:

Ade - £175k

Bridge - £95k

Ned - £45k

Just these three players alone = £315k per week - £1.2m per month.......that would keep 2 or 3 clubs afloat in the lower leagues. Let's not forget the £200k from Tevez.

Spurs have said Ades wages could still be a stumbling block to sanction any permanant deal, as they're only paying 80k/pw at the minute.

ade would have to agree a deal for £100k a week (what they offered modric).
