Why has no one put Coin Bell in? The best midfield player ever to walk on to a football field.

Unfortunately never saw Bell play live (in person or on telly). Met him a few times and heard many a story about the great man. Seen plenty on Ytube but sticking to bwtac's rules i cant have him in my team.
