Think he's being a bit hard on himself really. I don't really think it's a sizable number of City fans that bear a grudge anymore and they still cheer when he scores.....don't they?
I guess in a roundabout way he's trying to explain what went on back then and why it's not happening now, but to be honest we all aready knew the reasons and have accept them and moved on....well, the majority of us anyway .

Haven't read the article but did read somewhere that feels he has grown up a lot over the past 2 years, his family life is in some kind of order and he loves the club.

I think these were quotes after he visited a school for disabled kids (saw this on MCFC TV.)

Have to admit Blueboy, he erased any doubts in my mind when he came back and thundered into every game, especially against Norwich last season, he did more in that Cameo than Nasri has done this season
