Vinny ain't going anywhere blue and the run out for Belgium did him good for our tough run-in.

Karadashian's have obviously had a quiet week so they are looking for some more tripe to write about.

Sounds like he hates City now -
VINCENT KOMPANY has sent out a chilling warning to Alex Ferguson and Co —
Monday’s derby is not about the title, it’s about who will be champions of
Manchester.
The destination of the Premier League is all but decided, with United opening
up a 15-point lead over City in recent weeks.
It means Roberto Mancini’s side are resigned to giving back the trophy that
Kompany lifted last year long before the end of the season on May 19.
Yet the Belgium international centre-back, 26, insists City will not lack for
motivation when they make the short trip across town to Old Trafford.
No, it may not measure up in terms of importance to last April’s derby at the
Etihad when Kompany headed what proved to be a priceless winner shortly
before the interval.
But City, who famously romped to a 6-1 win in this fixture last season, will
still be up for it.
Kompany said: “A derby is a derby. I don’t think we could care less about the
league in that game — it is about who is going to be champions of
Manchester. That is all it is.
“It will be nice to challenge them on their turf again.
“Last year had so much more to it. It was a derby and a big comeback from all
of us. It is a completely different situation, today and last year.
“You don’t get too many moments like that in your career. But you move on and,
hopefully, I will score many more in the future.”
Both boss Mancini and full-back Pablo Zabaleta maintain City will go into the
game determined to show the huge gap at the top of the table is a misleading
one.
Kompany, though, believes the fact the Red Devils can afford to lose but still
be supremely confident of clinching a 20th league title will not enter into
their thinking.
He said: “I don’t expect Manchester United to be less motivated because they
have this points gap between us where they are pretty safe.
“It will be like a one-off game, like a cup final. For the neutrals we have
enjoyed a couple of great derbies in the last couple of years.
“I can only wish the same with a happy ending for Manchester City.”
City lost a 3-2 thriller at the Etihad in December thanks to Robin van
Persie’s last-minute winner after fighting back from 2-0 down. And nobody
will ever forget their jaw-dropping 6-1 win at Old Trafford on October 23,
2011.
Yet Kompany feels none of the epic battles the rivals have had over the last
four years will have any bearing on how this one plays out.
He said: “I have never been someone who has milked the result we had last year.
“Those things don’t happen often. For me, it is a one-off game and everything
that has happened in the past has no importance.
“It is about coming out on top in that game. I am looking forward to it and I
think everyone else at Manchester City is too.
“I’m married to someone from the blue side luckily! I understand what it is
about.
“I am all for the healthy rivalry. I get a lot of stick myself when it doesn’t
go well but I get the chance to give it out when it does.
“It is all good and friendly, that is how it should be. I am definitely not an
enemy of the red side of Manchester. But I do enjoy the rivalry a lot.”
While City’s defence of their Premier League crown is already destined to end
in failure, Kompany insists that there is still much to play for — with an
FA Cup semi-final date with Chelsea looming a week on Sunday.
He said: “Collectively, it is disappointing.
“At the same time, I feel there is still a lot to look forward to.
“Whichever way we finish this season might set us up for the next one.
“I remember the way we finished the season when we won the FA Cup in 2011. We
finished on 71 points, equal with Chelsea, which was a massive boost for us
at the time. We secured a place in the Champions League and won the FA Cup.
“Last year we went on to win the title. The end of one season has an impact on
how you start the next.
“The semi-final with Chelsea is going to be a big game, it will be a big
priority.
“But any semi-final is massive. We could be 20 points ahead or 20 points
behind, it doesn’t really matter.
“We will just put ourselves in the right condition to be competitive.”
After two months out with a calf injury, Kompany made his first start for the
club in Saturday’s thumping 4-0 win over Newcastle.
But he received a ticking off from Mancini for making his comeback for Belgium
against Macedonia four days before his City return.
He refused to be drawn into a war of words and is just happy to be back. And
City have missed him, even though they are still the meanest defence in the
top flight, letting in just 26 goals so far.
The former Hamburg defender added: “Hopefully, I will stay fit until the end
of the season. You enjoy the game a lot more when you are fit and can play
like this.
“As a defence, we need to keep improving. We have never taken it for granted
and done a lot of work to make sure we keep improving.
