No Hart for FA Cup Final - Pants
IS it right to continue with the lanky Romanian between the sticks against Wigan or should we revert back to Joe? If City lose because of a Pants error that would be pretty hard to take.

I think dropping Pants would be a piss take tbh Dawg. He saved us in the 2nd half yesterday and deserves his chance in the final.
If City do somehow lose to Wigan, I guarantee it won't be down to how Pants has done.

I agree with you Den. If the policy was to play Pants in the FA Cup, then he should stay for the final.
If he was dropped, then what half decent keeper would come to us to give a little pressure to Hart?
Hart may not be happy, but thems the breaks. If he had been blinding all season then he could have had a point.

Got to show faith, I worry less with Pants in goal tbh on crosses and high balls! something Joe has been suss on recently.
he made a few decent saves in the 2nd half, his long reach def saved us.

He's no Hart, but he should keep his place for the final.
Does that mean Joe won't receive a medal as he has played no games?

I think Bobby's right. Pants has done nothing wrong in the FA Cup and the one goal he's conceded wouldn't have been saved by Joe anyway. It would be an insult to not play him. Also, it would only have made Joe more arrogant.

You can trust the Daily Shite to give us the straight dirt
Maybe Joe is upset at missing out on the final, but why should he get the (hopefully!) glory of a cup winners' medal when he didn't do anything to get us there? That would be grossly unfair on Pants, who has been pretty reliable up till now and deserves the chance of a bit of glory.
And when we think about how often we've said Hart needs competition to stop him from being complacent. Well, here it is Joe - pick your bottom lip up off the floor and pull your socks up, you're not getting a free ride any more lad!
