Yes, when he turns up but we have all seen many games where he makes no impact and does not look up for it. Don't get me wrong he is an exceptional player and if he plays against the scum I just hope that he is in the mood.

Bloody hell....he scores a great goal, so what? I'm more concerned about his effort on Sunday against a decent MF.....than that lot last night.

Looks like we were actually attacking Plzen at times last night and could've won by more!  Yaya's goal was glorious.  Three points on the board already, let's hope this gives us the motivation to press on.

The rags won't be an issue based on last night.  Dortmund were shite, nothing like as good as the side we were up against last season.  And the rags first goal should've been a foul on the keeper.

YaYa has scored 3 great goals - I know everyone thinks he's lazy - and could do better - but 3 goals is 3 goals - and he seems to play better with Silva and Augero.

I thought his link up play with Nasri and Aguero, the little one -twos and the general understanding between them was very good in the second half when they started playing the ball a little faster.

Don't get me wrong Wensdi, when Yaya plays like he can, he's awesome, however, I also agree that last night he played really well, but against poor opposition. He needs to be doing that week in week out in the PL.....and he just doesn't.

2 great free kicks and an absolute corker last night - 3 goals is great.....I agree.

He just frustrates with his slow play, sitting too deep.....as when he moves forward, we've seen just how good and influential he can be.

Maybe he doesn't have the nod to to move forward - Mancini used to play him sitting deep.
