How many goals will city score this season?

We're up to 103 goals in all competitions now. Assuming we have 22 games left (2 league cup, 2 FA cup, 2 CL, 16 league) how many goals do you think we can get?

Assuming we average 3 goals a game, we'd finish with 169 which would comfortable break the record for goals in a season.

Could we even get to 200???

I think we'll comfortably get 150-160 but 200 seems like a long shot. Tiredness will creep in and teams should learn to better limit the damage.

If we assume we do well enough to get to the final of all competitions, we'll have 5 more in the FA Cup and 7 in the CL, plus the 2 remaining in the C1C and 16 league games, means we could have 30 more games to play, which is nearly as many as we've played so far and therefore, if we can maintain this scoring rate, we should be able to hit 200 quite easily.

That said, the CL games won't be against Norwich or West Ham.

Can't see our goal scoring rate staying as it has been.

Away from home against the teams around us....I just can't see MP sticking with his "we play the same" mantra....therefore, can't see us scoring 6 at Spurs and Arsenal...etc

I think we could easily get into the 160+...but 200+? Can't see it.

We will be very lucky if we beat Barca.

I'm going on the minimum games I expect us to play this season (I am taking that we get to the final of the league cup and beat Watford at the weekend).

I'll be disappointed if we can't average 2.5+ goals per game until then end of the season.
