2014/15 Renewals open now!
So the club have opened up the renewal window a bit early for next season - just in time to get people renewed before the possibly maybe League title and reams of new fans wanting to leap on board and join the party, perhaps... I've had a quick looky-see to see what the prices are like.
I can't vouch for everyone and I can't say for sure how much the junior seat has increased as my lad turned 16 this year and as such his ticket costs more. But I can tell you that mine - adult ticket in the North Stand - has gone up by £30, which is an increase of 6%. Which I think is a bit naughty, considering that's about 4 times higher than inflation, but I guess it still represents good value considering we're watching a team that, by then, will be (league champions/fighting to get the title from Liverpool)* It'll still be cheaper than most PL clubs and definitely cheaper than anyone else in the title dogfight, though. Well, unless Burnley turn out to be a massive surprise.
Car parking has gone up by £25 to £175, which is a bloody scandalous 17% rise - going up from £7.89 per game to £9.21. Obviously, if we take the domestic cup and CL games into account, that brings it down a bit, but only if we don't get booted out of the CL or get drawn away in every cup game.
Oh, and they've still not fixed that stupid system of registering for cup schemes, where you have to enter your card details for every single scheme individually. Whoever thought up that system needs a punch in the face. I've got three cards to renew and there's no way I'm typing it all in nine times!

I presume you're going to be up in the new gods in the South Stand, shaken? I hope they don't crank up the price on you, mate.
