Football League want to fine QPR £54M!!!!!
For breaching their FFP rules last season.

Should QPR be banned form the League Cup, they won't lose any sleep over it. They'd probably be happy that they can concentrate on surviving relegation.
Should they get relegated, and this fine is imposed, then get ready for a huge court case. I'm looking forward to it. Who has most money, the FL or Tony Fernandes?

It's saying they could be refused entry into the FL...not the league cup.
This is never gonna happen, but if they don't pay up then they will be punished in some way....maybe a smaller fine, cut in spending, no transfer activity or even points reduction when they get relegated (and they will be).

The League Cup is a FL competition, so they would probably be banned from that once their accounts come out and they are investigated. They'll probably already be out of it this season anyway by then.
There is talk of them being demoted to the conference because, I'm guessing, that's where the FL competitions end.

Relegating them to the Conference would be so funny, shame it won't happen.
Just imagine their wage bill in the Conference....at the minute it's bigger than AC Milans

But serie A are paying peanuts. Tevez is on £70k as opposed to £200k with us. Ashley Cole is on £35k when I'm sure he could get £80-£100k in the PL. Pogba is only on £23k p/w!!!

I'm not having that Cashley would move to Italy for £35k/pw, when he could have trebled that in England.....that's bollocks.
We all know Italian football is corrupt and those figure just go to prove it.

Cashley could've trebled it by moving to the MLS and that would've been an easier move. I don't buy any of these figures either.

Well, these are the published figures. Maybe they have massive bonuses or image rights.

Maybe they get funded by the Mafiosi. They can't declare it in case the tax office come after them.
Oh, hello strange man in a sharp suit! That's a nice violin case. You want me to come with you? Oh, okay, but it'd be a lot easier if you didn't press that cloth over my face. Is that chloroform I can smell? ...
