Liverpool seeking a Dubai sponsor for their stadium
Been on FB all day giving my scouse mates some shit over this, especially after they always quote Abu Dhabi as a country with appalling human rights records - and how can we possibly be happy with Sheikh Mansour as our owner.
So I've just pointed this fact out to them....typical excuses as responses.
I merely mentioned they could sell the naming rights to....Sheikh Abdul Bin Dipper.
Oh the abuse.....

Hah!
Presumably their deal will be at least part funded by the ten billion dollar rescue package provided by Abu Dhabi? I'm sure they'll not be overcome with desire to kibosh the deal...

Oh no..........apparently, they would never sell their club to a country that has such an appalling human rights record....like we did
Apparently, their owner is a fan and a self-made billionaire.
I pointed out that he is loaning LFC £140m for 8,500 extra seats.
In today's market, that's like building a new stadium for £1b!!!
Oh, and add to that, he has had to stop trading with clients money as one of his companies JWH & Co has gone from £2.5b in trading, down to £100m......sounds like a top class businessman who is on a level!
