It would be, but it's not going to happen.  You don't see teams from other countries, who are even more racist, getting banned and I don't see it happening here, either.  Apart from anything else, UEFA get too much money from Gazprom and Abramovic is most likely still an influence on them.

It seems the "Kick It Out" campaign is crap.  The only thing UEFA want to kick out of Europe is the Middle Eastern petro-dollar.

You can't expect a club to be punished by UEFA for the behaviour of a few fans on a train that they have no control over!
