What a weekend!! The dippers get hammered at home, Chelsea Lose at home and the rags lose to Swansea while we continue our rich vein of form with Aguero still to get started and new signings yet to be introduced!

And our next game is against the team closest, win that at its at least a 4 point gap at the top.

I can't see how LVG is an improvement on Gollum, but it certainly gives us something to smile about.

Bang on Scott. All those deluded Rag fans would have been calling for his head last season the way they're performing at the minute.
Apart from buying very average players for vast amounts of money (which is funny), LVG isn't doing anything to make any of the top 3 sit up and think "Utd are a real threat to us this season".....unfortunately, they'll probably scrape 4th due to the fact everyone else is shitter. Would be absolutely brilliant and unbelievably piss funny though if they didn't make the CL this season.

i think with playing in Europe they will struggle given the number of players they have let go this summer..

I can't see how it was a ploy. Unless the plan was to have a disaffected goalkeeper sat on the bench for 12 months, who then leaves on a free, meaning having to spend money on a replacement.

And we thought our transfer policy was crap!

Seriously, the only winner in this is Real Madrid, who'll get the keeper they want for nothing and still have a sellable asset in Keylor Navas. Or maybe the ploy was theirs, delaying the paperwork so this would happen.
