I always thought he was excellent whenever he played for the rags....can only think they let him go because of that injury-prone £275k pw Falcao.

A cheeky bid of £15m should be on the cards for me.

£15M??? You're having a laugh. He isn't going back to Utd and would do us as a 3rd or 4th striker. £6M tops.

Cone on Dawg, you have to be realistic. If he were up for sale last season, he'd have been in the £20-25m bracket.

There is no way on earth, United would sell him to us for £6m ffs!

4th choice striker for Utd and can't get a game at Madrid. Utd. don't really want him back.

No way is he worth £20M+.

IF....he was available for £8m, we should be signing him. He knows the PL, knows Manchester and would love to get one over on United. Like I said, whenever he played for United, he always looked like scoring and did really well.

When you look at Falcao and what's he's costing United - it's laughable they would let him leave.
He scored 37 goals in 102 games - that's less than 1 in 2.5 games and a lot of them would have been as a sub.

Falcao has 4 in 20 games.

Ten mill is hardly a stretch. And how would he be fourth choice, if we're definitely losing Jovetic and probably losing Dzeko?

Go in with an offer of 8 and let them "beat us up" to ten. We still get a decent striker for small money.

Either that or we've lined up the Portuguese version of Emile Heskey for eleventy billion quid Rolling Eyes
