But what's laughable is that they meet the FL's FFP requirements and yet are in a level of debt they can't sustain. Makes you wonder who made the rules up, really. I can't see the FL lasting too long on this basis.

Er, yeah... I was taking the piss...

But I agree, it's ridiculous that they can carry on with such debt. Same with every club in debt, really; if it gets to the point it's clearly unsustainable then something must be done.

But if we kick them out, then we have to do that with every club in the same boat and, suddenly, we're left with a league of two tiers. And the lower tier has Conference sides in it.
