I wonder if we draw Bayern in the champs league next round (kiev notwithstanding) would Ruminegge change his stance about peps day off. Would it be scrutinized as a conflict of interest especially if City won.

Tbh i don't really get this.
If MP had agreed to take over somewhere else at the end of the season and he was hob nobbing it to all countries to hold private meetings with his new employers, i wouldn't be too pleased.
