Re: Bellend's Agent At It Again
Major changes have to be made on the playing side at the club at the end of the season imo and Yayas name is the top of the big names to go....and he and his agent already know that. City were never going to renew his contract, this is all paper talk again to get his name out there to would be suitors.
Going to Italy would be perfect for Toure, they play at such a lethargic pace that it would suit his pathetic effort during a game down to the ground.

Re: Bellend's Agent At It Again
I think you're spot on Den...especially with the paper-talk.
I read this article this morning...and at no point does his agent or City, say he is going to leave this summer. Just read the highlighted statements by the MEN journo and what he claims his agent has said. Poetic license that twists the truth....though I do hope he fucks off.
Can't see him leaving City on £220k pw with a year to go, for £60k pw at Inter....they're both about the money.

Yaya Toure to quit Manchester City this summer according to his agent
12:20, 4 APR 2016 UPDATED 12:20, 4 APR 2016
BY ANTHONY JEPSON
The Man City midfielder has been linked with moves away from the Etihad on numerous occasions.
Yaya Toure's controversial agent says his client will 'definitely' leave Manchester City this summer.
Dimitri Seluk says the midfield star, who will have one year left on his £220,000-a-week contract in the close season, has received "various offers".
After Toure's representative claimed he was almost certain to leave last summer, chairman Khaldoon al Muburak intervened to personally convince the big Ivorian he should stay.
The Ukranian has agitated for moves for Toure repeatedly down the years and now he has stated his time with the Blues will not extend beyond the current campaign.
He told FC Inter News : "He'll definitely leave Manchester City, I can calmly confirm that.
"Various offers have arrived for Yaya and we're evaluating them, but no decision has been taken yet for next season."
Inter Milan are long-term admirers and former City boss Roberto Mancini is prepared to make Toure his best-paid player on over £60,000-a-week - a figure that would represent a significant pay cut.

If we can palm him off to China for £30M, even better.

Re: Bellend's Agent At It Again
It will be interesting with Pep around this "he must be picked" clause I think is in his contract? You tell me one point he has sat on the bench when not injured?
But only China will match his wage with us.

True...can't remember many, if any.
Still, he's been injured, so there's always an excuse to shove him on the bench for tomorrow.
