Looks like Stones will be coming then.

Seems a good bet Bluey. Will we expect to get by with our FBs from last season (plus a kid on each side) and an extra 2 CBs in Stones and Denayer?

I'd still like Kolorov out and another LB brought in. I think we can manage at RB as Denayer and Stones can both play there.

Could we get by with Clichy and Angelino? Reports that Pep has been trying Delph at LB too!

We keep hearing these rumours of players in certain positions, but as of yet, we ain't seen it. I think it may be speculation as he's done that before at other clubs.

I don't think we could get by at LB with Clichy and Angelino...if one were to pick up a ling-term injury, we'd be relying on Delph as LB cover - and that wouldn't be great. I'd rather we have 2 top class LB's and Angelino as cover - getting game time from the bench and in cup games.

I cannot see us buying without off loading now so if a new left back a goalkeeper,striker etc are coming in then departures I,m sure will be afoot. Who's in for Kolarov? & who if any left backs have we been tracking? The only one I have seen whose name has popped up is Danny Rose.

If we have 2 top class LBs, Angelino is hardly likely to even make the bench. He may get lucky being versatile and being able to play wingback, but it'd be a tough ask against two top class LBs.

I'm not too sure he's actually ready to step up just yet anyway. A year on the first team bench and playing cup games will do him good.

We can't judge him from a couple of friendlies - even though he did well. I'd rather he was around the 1st team squad for a year - then bin off Clichy next season.
