and it could have been us. The Japanese company approached City back in 2011-12 and negotiations went well, until they asked us to wear red kits...and City said absolutely not.

we don't need it in the slightest really. And certainly not for red kits. We are self sufficient and generating tons of money. We spent about £160M in the summer without batting an eyelid.
When the time comes, I can see us eclipsing that Barca deal, especially if we win the PL and/or CL by that time.
