Palace vs City
First topic message reminder :
Every game, for me, is just about a must win. I think all the teams near the top will be there or thereabouts for most of the season. We could have been top with a nice lead if it wasn't for those three 1-1s at home.
Bravo
Stones, Kompany, Otamendi
Gundogan, Fernandinho, Silva, KdB
Sterling, Aguero, Nolito

Yeah, but that was a footballing decision - and as much as I was pissed off with it - I accepted it.
My point was - you said "so should we"....and my point was "but Pep hasn't been exposed to the complete and utter bollocks him and his agent have come out with for the past 2 years"....so as much as I'm behind the manager - I'm not going to suddenly jump up and down with glee when he scores a couple of goals - because apart from that, he was the same old same that we've seen for 2 years - OK when he's near the box, but whenever he has to put in a shift to defend, he allows bang average players to waltz past him like he's stood still with a blindfold on.

Bluey, I totally agree with every word.
I despise the walking ego with a passion. He has disrespected the club so many times in the past and I just want to see the back of him.
Bollocks to his goals, not interested in the lanky twat.

Re: Palace vs City
As I said yesterday, yes, his 2 goals helped us to win the match - but from a performance point of view - he offered little else. Many of their attacks were started by Puncheon and Cabaye in MF, mainly because he was lumbering around, jogging on the spot and not picking up the runners.
The play yesterday, was very slow and predictable with very little invention from the back 4 to the MF...and we saw the difference when Silva came on. The energy in MF, which has been where most of our attacking creativity has started from this season, was non-existent yesterday...and I put a lot of that down to TLMLF. Lots of sideways passes again and very little penetration to get behind their MF and into the pockets that Silva and Gundogan find.
Still, good 3 points, but as you guys have said - for me, the sooner the tumour goes, the quicker the circus leaves town.

I haven't changed my mind over Toure the man, but I'm happy to be positive and supporting my team.
He won't be here after the summer, that's for sure.

Huh? You're happy to be positive? I'm assuming that is AFTER the game has ended judging by your commentary yesterday!
Kompany is just a hit and hope merchant. very poor.
We're not competing well enough again
kompany gone. glue factory for him.
too many fancy dans. wtf was KdB doing dribbling out with two men on?
fuck off sergio. sometime he is stupidly greedy
shit from kev
Was always going to happen. Pile of shit at the back.
we just don't have the effort again.
no one is in the game
zabba nutmegged. glue factory for him too.
........................................................................................................
And are you saying because I don't like TLMLF, I don't support my team?
I was happy for the 3 points Dawg....and I'm positive about the result. But nothing TLMLF does again for the club will ever make me change my stance on him. He was brilliant for 3 years....but then's been shite for the past 2 years. He scores 2 goals and now all is forgiven and suddenly the form of the past seasons or the outbursts that he's allowed his agent to come out with, suddenly, never happened?

Re: Palace vs City
I'm not asking you to change your opinion of him. I certainly haven't and it's unlikely I ever will unless he gets rid of his scummy agent and crawls the length of Joe Mercer way on his hands and knees dishing out pieces of cake and five pound notes to the homeless.
