What makes me laugh, is that he was punched (allowed them to punch him) - and he would have every right to press charges, but probably won't.

Another thing; now the Police are armed with Pepper Spray, it seems that's the go-to device when there is disruption. Thank god our Police aren't armed, as you can imagine the likes of this Police woman drawing her firearm to control the scene, rather than using de-escalation skills.

I'm not sure thrusting the pepper spray container into someone's face de-escalates the situation especially if alcohol is involved.
At least it wasn't a French copper's baton...

Hence my point. They seem to draw Pepper Spray and Tasers any time there is an issue. Imagine if they had firearms?
