Strange Saturday for me
..with no footie to watch. Been working in the garden - although many water breaks as its been 97 deg F (36 deg C) for most of the this month - bar a couple of days at 85 deg F. Lots of trees lost around here - including our rose bushes and orchid tree etc. Had no rain for about 12 months now - so will end up ordering cactus for the forseeable future. Shit - it's awful - no green lawns in sight.
Sad that the last game is tomorrow - it will be a long haul until August and a bloody hot one here. The only game not being broadcast tomorrow is the Swansea game which is a great pity because besides City I would have liked to watch Siggurdsen's last game for the Swans (probably - according to gossip)

Re: Strange Saturday for me
we also have had rain albeit the 1st 2 days of rain since February. winter officially starts in 10 days time here. God I hate it no footy so I tend to watch a lot of the old recorded ones mainly 2012 season. but have some other favourites & the f.a cup run of 2011. Ist date to look forward too is usually the middle of June when the fixtures are out then transfer window open 1st July then too the 1st pre season games around mid July. Watched part of the league 1 play offs last night only match on Bradford v Millwall. Wanted Bradford but wasn't to be fell asleep through most of the game truth be known.

Might just get to see the end of the game today (at a push), then race to Liverpool for my flights to Dublin. Training 9 days solid, so today will be my last game, unless you count the Mickey Mouse Cup Final.
Lot's of rain here, though today is brighter - nice a green everywhere though!!

We had it up to 28C earlier this week before it became a more reasonable 18-21.

It got up to 101 deg by 3pm yesterday. It's not enjoyable being out in it so I watched City smash Watford with the A/C on full blast. I don't think Pep appreciates Sergio as much as he should. The guy's been awesome for us over the last few years. It's quite obvious Jesus is his man.
