No, looks like it was an IED, not an IID. They wouldn't have used fairly lights to ignite it, more like a liquid-based accelerator like petrol, if it was an IID.

More than likely, it was 'very' homegrown....strange though, that the device caused so much of a fire-ball....clearly not something like TATP or PETN used.

Guess the LIDL bag says it all about the device and person responsible. #twat
