Would anyone go David Luiz?
First topic message reminder :
He was brilliant last season, good on the ball, quick.
Plenty of Brazilians in our squad.
£30m?? If we're going to pay £25m for Jonny Evans at 31....I'd take Luiz every day of the week.

Don't think blue was ridiculing me Disaster? I call it a difference of opinion. We all want the same thing as in City to be successful over a long & sustainable period, It is how we achieve it where we may differ. That's all. We are both passionate City fans.

Re: Would anyone go David Luiz?
come off it OZ, why put out the fire???
Personally, I think your reasons for not wanting Luiz are a bit odd seeing as we've had some right wankers play for us over the years.
I'd rather say I just don't think he's good enough.

I think both are pretty valid reasons.
in fact, Bluey hasn't come up with any reason "FOR" getting him yet.. )

Dear oh dear young man....please go back to my original reply, where I said he was one of the best CB's last season.Moonchester wrote:I think both are pretty valid reasons.

Now, if he was voted in the PFA's Team of the Year...he can't be shit.
My main point was that I would rather we got him than JFE for similar money.
Personally, I think he was excellent last year. Very good on the ball, he's still pretty quick. Yes, he was playing in a back 3, but you'd think that wouldn't be a problem.

I put out the fire because there was nothing more to be said. We both had opinions on Luiz and mine are valid as are blues dawg. I did state I hate cheating in all forms & yes City have had some disgusting players I have never denied that.

Languid Luiz
Norwich 0-0 ChelseaPat Nevin
Ex-Chelsea winger on BBC Radio 5 live
David Luiz needs to get himself up to speed quickly. It's normal for someone who has been out a long time to be a bit rusty but they are going to keep putting him under pressure and already he's given the ball away twice in dangerous areas.
He'l probably score the winner now !

Watched the game. Luiz & Chelsea were poor. Luiz was booked for a late challenge where he left his boot in. He looked way off the pace.
Good that Chelsea have another game to add to their fixture list although theyl cruise through at stamford bridge

So, let me get this right, Tony wants Andy carrot and bluey wants that paragon of virtue and still dodgy defender, David Luiz.
But, stonesy could be considered a dodgy defender after yesterday.....

Hang on a cotton fucking picking minute here, how many times has Sergio Aguero been voted in the PL team of the year by the wise old sages that constitute the PL players???

Re: Would anyone go David Luiz?
Hold on another cotton fuckin picking minute where did I say I wanted Andy Carroll. My question was ....Apparently Chelsea are interested in Andy Carroll.
Anyone think it would be worth getting him at City even though he is very injury prone
If not and assuming we dont get Sanchez, what if Aguero gets injured who are we gonna play up front Sterling ??
That's a world of difference to you Andy licking out Sideshiw Bobs ass with.... was brilliant last season, good on the ball, quick.and personally I thought he was excellent last season splutter, cough, what's that on the end of my nose

And I said:

Plenty of Brazilians in our squad.
£30m?? If we're going to pay £25m for Jonny Evans at 31....I'd take Luiz every day of the week.

Now, I'd rather we got someone else, but if it was between Evans or Luiz, I'd take Luiz every time.
Just for Tony.....

Are those raspberry emojis Andy or is that you with your tongue up Luiz's ass
Just to confirm as you seem to be unable to read. I didn't say anything about wanting Carroll coming to City. I don't want him
I merely asked if anyone would be interested which they weren't
You on the.other hand were singing the praises of your boyfriend David
