Re: Villa v City
Certainly an attacking line up with Jesus + Aguero, not surprised that Sterling is benched, he was pretty poor in the last game and missed a few good chances. Hope Stones plays well, he has come nowhere near the level that he was expected to reach and he owes us a performance big time.

Agree Sterling looked like he needs a break when he played against the rags

About as one-sided as it gets so far.

Re: Villa v City
They can’t be as bad 2nd half, surely? This could be humiliating.

Re: Villa v City
There’s just no fight in the villa
It’s much more obvious at the ground, there are players just walking around offering nothing

Spare a thought for poor old Danny Drinkwater.
His last 3 Premier League games have been -
Man City 1-0 Chelsea
Burnley 1-4 Man City
Aston Villa 0-4* Man City

Re: Villa v City
Really sweet to beat Shearer in the hat-tricks. Don't take too much from this though - Villa were seriously hopeless. No chance of them staying up on this evidence.
