No Easter Break
.. for us poor sods over here. For such a religious (Christian) country, baffled that neither Good Friday nor Easter Monday is observed by a holiday. Back to work for you lot then today - and its pretty quiet on here save for our resident Rag - who obviously can't find his own kin to socialise with.
Will we come out guns blazing tomorrow then lads or will it be a cagey 1-0 win for WBA. Just shoot me now - got a recurirng case of Cityititis.

Re: No Easter Break
Hi BBoy - just read where the officials apologized to Martinez for both Chelsea's goals being offside. Shit - I would be royally pissed if I was Martinez. Unacceptable. Wigan really needed the points and played extremely well against Chelsea. Despair with some of this awful officiating recently.

Hi Wensdi....it's not as bad as the FA saying that Derry's red card stands against the scum.... i'd be ashamed if i was the FA.....likewise, before ONH comes in....no further action for Balotelli....which TBF...is pretty crap.

Re: No Easter Break
I imagine the sunny weather helps to alleviate the pain Wensdi
Hope we don't relax just in case of the unlikely event of the rags slipping up
Plus I've got that bloody awful journey to Norwich this Saturday morning and I'd rather we can still theoretically catch them

Re: No Easter Break
It's always sunny PPLF - so take it a bit for granted. I would like some colder weather so that I can wear sweaters and boots (sorry). I think it was a given that Utd would get away with it yet again - I am particularly angry about the Wigan deal as it happened twice in the same match. Bloody awful. If Wigan had played crap - it wouldn't be so bad - but they were actually the better team.

Re: No Easter Break
I'm hoping it'll be sunny tomorrow night as i travel to the game from even sunnier Bury, if only so the traffic'll be easier to travel in.
I'm going for a 4-0 win too, although i can't remember what i predicted in our league now. Silva and Tevez to get a brace apiece.
Derry was never going to get it overturned, what with it being against the Rags n all.

Re: No Easter Break
if they overturned the red card they would have basically be saying that young conned the ref. that would open up another can of worms. easier just to let derry, hughes and qpr suffer than do the right thing.

Re: No Easter Break
Tevez has got to start, get those quick feet dancing with Silva and Aguero, pressures off now, titles lost, just pride to play for, longest run without a win under Mancini.....

Re: No Easter Break
Bet they won't be singing "Mancini oh oh oh" tomoz - bet its pretty quiet actually. Hasn't been a great atmosphere since we beat Chelsea. Hope the players want it as much as we do. RM sounds like one of those cold Dads who never gives shows his kids any love.
