Not for the first time this season has Rooney got away with dodgy tackles....a red isn't far away as the refs will see what he's done and retribution is close by.

Heard Moyes' interview on GMR on my way in this morning and he said "it was just a tangle of legs with no real intent.....but a yellow card was probably the right result".

I got the impression that the ref did not see the kick and booked him for pulling the guy down. If thats the case then it opens the door to retrospective action because the ref did not see the kick. If he saw it and only awarded a yellow then he is a dickhead.
