Doesn't the Quran state "an eye for an eye"?..or so ISIS claim with their new policies last week.
Saw them slicing open the head of someone who had defended himself by using a lead pipe - causing a head would of an assailant. So they measured the wound - then sliced him open to give him the same wound....
I'd line this fucker up on a road - then drive some jagged metal at him at 80mph...."eye for an eye" an all that.
