City MUST take UEFA to court

City were hit by FFP punishments last season when they said UEFA moved the goalposts. We took the punishment on the chin as a pragmatic approach knowing that we'd be ok from then on.

UEFA have now relaxed FFP BUT our restrictions remain in place for three years because we made a settlement agreement last season.

UEFA keep moving the goalposts to hinder us and it is about time that we went for the jugular and took them to court. Win and we'd almost certainly bankrupt UEFA.

I think they'll just ignore UEFA and FFP....as they now know it clearly a breach of governance when it comes to owning a business.

They'll just tell Platini to fuck off and refund our £16m or we'll sue them.

I want us to sue them for lost opportunity and lost income. It's difficult to say how much we lost and what we could have won without any FFP.
