Well, I wouldn't offer him a straight salary. Let's hope they incentivise it so that he gets a salary of maybe half that each year (or even 1/4) and the rest of the money is based in trophies.

CL could be worth £5M.
PL could be worth £3M.
FA cup could be worth £2M
League cup could be worth £1M.

we all knew that pellegrini would be gone next year this is the final year of a 3 year contract. At 64 he was not going to be offered anymore than a rolling contract at best, unless of course he did something quite extraordinary like win the treble. Guardiola's contract was due to finish at exactly the same time so more than likely he will join us. However stranger things have happened, will the rags be desperate enough to sack Louis if they have a relatively average season & go for Pep.
