but the judicial system cannot override itself because somebody's wedding anniversary is coming along.

As Dawg said...it's a can of worms. What, with the whole 'going after soldiers (incl SAS guys) who killed known IRA terrorists......

Personally, when Adams and McGuiness are brought before a Court of Law and charged with their offences, only then, can the judicial system go after British soldiers.

As for Marine A.....and the like.....who would want to fight for your country in some god-forsaken place, in the heat of battle, when your own Government could put you in prison?

What about the 4 SAS soldiers captured and tortured in Iraq?

Prisoners of War....why do they still train soldiers to evade capture and resist interrogation in 2016 when we have the Geneva Convention?

There's lots of abuse going on in each and every war. Very few ever get caught.
